Masia Can Sors

Between El Masnou and Alella we’ll come across a 14th century farmhouse standing in a peaceful area with ample parking. It belonged to important figures of the principality who worked in maritime commerce and held military posts. In the kitchen, Marc Crivillers offers a long list of items from Catalan cuisine, such as snails, grilled artichokes and roast potatoes, cuttlefish skewers with potato and onion confit, monkfish loin with seafood, hake with romesco or cava, pig’s trotters with prawns, steak with port sauce, foie gras and truffle, plus all kinds of grilled meats. They have a large list of homemade desserts, such as frozen yoghurt with red fruits, rum and raisin sponge cake, red wine pears, and the orange juice with vanilla ice cream and Grand Marnier. The wine list combines reds from the La Rioja and Ribera del Duero Designations of Origin, and whites mainly sourced from within Catalonia; as well as some rosés and a dozen cavas. There's a private dining room with room for 120 guests. In summer, it’s in absolute pleasure to dine in the incredible garden accompanied by the subtle sounds of the surrounding water. They provide a daily menu on working days.
